Playa del Carmen

Chichen Itza.

We will visit Chichen Itza, one of the new “seven world wonders”. This 1000 years old Mayan cities lies in the centre of the peninsula about 2 hrs driving from the hotel. Our gay guided will show and explain all the interested places from this ones powerful Maya city. On our way to and from Chichen Itza will pass several small Mayan villages and the colonial city of Valladolid were we make a small stop in the city centre. Private transport, water and sodas, entrée fees to the visiting places, a gay guide and lunch are included in the tour.

Coba Punta Laguna.

Guided by a gay guide we will visit the archeological side of Coba Almost totally covered by the typical Yucatan rainforest you will be able to clim the highest pyramid of the Mayans in Yucatan. We will use the typical village transport, “las tricis”, to bring you back from the Nohoch Mul Pyramid to the entrance. From Coba we go to a cave style cenote were you can swim and refresh in the crystal clear waters from the underground rivers. Lunch with tipical Yucatan dishes, will be in the small Mayan village of Coba After lunch we will go to the small community of Punta Laguna just 50 km ( 40 miles) the villagers lives a live which is totally different from what ever you would expected. We will visit a Mayan family in the village. Just at the side of Punta Laguna is a small national park where we find spider- and howler monkeys. With local guides we will search for the monkeys in the partly virgin rainforest. Private transport, waters and sodas, entrée fee, lunch, and visits to the cenote and Punta Laguna are included.

The Museum Subacuático, MUSA.

The Museum Subacuatico de Arte; MUSA is a unique underwater project between Cancun and Isla Mujeres, where a “Silent Evolution” is taking place. 403 Beautiful sculptures from the great artist Jason DeCaires Taylor are placed on the Sea floor (at a depth between 3 and 6 meters) keeping the fish and visitors happy. The idea is that over the years other artist will be invited to add their sculptures to assist in the continuing grow of the “Silent Evolution”.

The “Silent Evolution is taken places when the sculptures, all designed and constructed from special materials, will become an artificial reef. The appearance of the sculptures will change over time as the coral grows and marine life colonizes the structures in a never ending evolution.

A unique snorkeling experience while you can enjoy the view of the destination Cancun. We will have one hour to snorkel and enjoy the reefs and underwater sculptures in this unique museum, then visit the Crococun, a Local Non Profit Rescue Park for the local fauna. Here we can enjoy the exotic animals epidemic on the Peninsula. Private transport, gay guide, waters and sodas aboard, boat trip snorkeling equipment, and entrance fees its all included.

Shopping Tour.

We will make a 45 minute drive north towards Playa del Carmen. Here we will have the whole day to enjoy the shopping area around the “Fifth Avenue” with its restaurants small boutiques jewelry stores and department shops. Adonis offers you in several shops, restaurants and beach clubs a interesting discount. If you want to relax after the shopping you have several nice beach clubs just one block away from the shopping area.

Night Live Tours

The principal destination for these tours is the centre of Playa del Carmen. Here you have around six hours to visit the clubs discos and restaurants of your interest. Some of the businesses offers special rates for the Adonis guest. The return to the hotel is with our own private transport.

Upon request we could go to the hotel zone or gay bars in Cancun, but that is on a greater distance from Tulum but we could combine this trip with a evening shopping tour followed with a visit to the Cancun Night live scene
